Biography

Fontaine is a resilient leader, with a unique voice, who is working to shape and enhance how we all view the world through brand development, messaging, and social justice.

As a Planning Lead for Apple Music, Fontaine is able to directly connect her passions for storytelling, marketing, and the arts. Within her position, she oversees Apple Music’s Global Studios work as well as Tentpole Music projects through the Brand Experience team. This role is inclusive of planning multi-faceted global experiences and campaigns, creating communication plans and patterns with efficacy, leading external agency partnerships, all while ensuring Apple’s core values and principles are present within every step. The goal of each project is to use marketing as a conduit for an experience, while growing the business at large. Outside of her day to day role, Fontaine is also a Co-Lead of External Events with Women@Apple - Culver City. 

Before Apple, Fontaine was a Senior Brand Manager at 72andSunny, She played a central role with clients and within the agency’s culture. She has led numerous projects for clients including the National Football League, Dolby and Pabst Blue Ribbon. She was a founding member of 72X, a grassroots initiative that champions diverse perspectives and celebrates intersectional identities within the agency.

Fontaine began her career as an Account Executive at Ogilvy, where she worked in the social change sector to enhance the understanding and bridge gaps between audiences, various government organizations, and private sector brands.

Campaigns she has led have been highlighted in publications such as Forbes, New York Magazine, The Washington Post, Adweek, PRWeek and more.

Her accomplishments include being an Emmy Nominated Producer (2022, Sports Emmys, Outstanding Public Service Announcement, NFL - “Where I’m From”), Co-Lead of External Events for Women@Apple - Culver City, Member of Black@Apple, the inaugural recipient of the Old Dominion University Alumni Engagement College of Communication award (2022), a 2019 PRWeek Diversity Distinction - Outstanding Young Professional finalist, 2018 ADCOLOR Future and have her work the queue for archival at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture (2020, NFL - Inspire Change Campaign).
